FAQs
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Onsite parking is available for $28/day in the UCSF parking lot. We recommend carpooling or using public transportation via BART, Caltrain, or MUNI.
BART: Take BART from your location to Embarcadero Station. Exit BART and enter MUNI side of Station. Take T-THIRD MUNI Line south on 3rd Street. Exit at UCSF Mission Bay Station. Walk west through campus to the Conference Center on Owens St.
MUNI: Take MUNI from your location to Embarcadero MUNI Station. Transfer to T-THIRD MUNI Line south. Exit at UCSF Mission Bay Station on 3rd Street and walk west through campus to the Conference Center on Owens Street.

Can I mail a check for my registration fee?
No. Registration for this year's conference is online only. Additionally, due to capacity contraints, we will not be able to accomodate walk-ins.
How early do I need to arrive?
We highly recommend arriving early to find parking and to get through registration on time. Seating is limited to tables and stadium seats, so if you require additional space for a walker or wheelchair please arrive at 11:15.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer that ticket to another interested party. This must be done 72 hours in advance. You can either use the Eventbrite system or contact our office to do so.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. If you have changes you need to make to your registration info, please do so using either the Eventbrite system or by contacting our Research Assistant at (415) 502-1672.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We would greatly appreciate ticketholders printing their tickets before the event, however we understand that many people do not have access to a working printer. If this is the case, please ARRIVE EARLY the morning of the conference with a Photo ID to verify your information.
Will videos of the conference be made available online?
Yes. We will have volunteers onhand recording the speakers, which will be available on YouTube approximately 2 (two) months after the event.
